1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Refund Process

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Refunds will only be issued for products returned within the eligible return window. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at support@solanesse.com with your order number and reason for return.

You may also initiate a return using the return link provided in your order confirmation email.

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

4. Exchanges

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

To request an exchange, contact us at support@solanesse.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

5. Product Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your results after consistent use of the product, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery for a one-time refund, even if the product has been opened or used.

This guarantee is valid for first-time purchases only per customer, and/or per address, and/or per payment account.
