Affiliate Compensation Terms

1. Commission Eligibility and Structure

Solanesse LLC shall compensate eligible affiliates based solely for qualified sales generated through their unique affiliate tracking links. No commissions shall be paid for leads, clicks, or other non-sale activity.

Commission Tiers:

Commission rates are calculated on net sales value (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and returns) and are subject to verification through Solanesse LLC’s affiliate platform.

2. Attribution and Tracking

• Attribution Model: Last-click attribution applies. The affiliate whose link is used in the final click before purchase shall receive full credit for the sale.
• Sales Tracking and Attribution Cookies: You will be provided an Affiliate Link (unique tracking URL) to the Solanesse webpage. Affiliate commissions are tracked via a link using a sixty (60) calendar day cookie placed upon the customer’s initial click-through. Any qualifying purchases made by that customer within the cookie window shall be attributed to the affiliate whose link was attributed to the original sale.
• Cookie Duration: Tracking cookies remain valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the initial session.
• Sales Tracking and Attribution Affiliate Code: Affiliates will be issued a unique affiliate code. This code may also apply a discount. Any purchase made using this coupon code will be eligible for compensation under the terms of this agreement.
• Subscription Customers: For any customers that sign up for a subscription, the other provisions of this section apply for attribution, however, only the first purchase will be eligible for attribution for commission compensation. Any reoccurring subscription purchases will not be eligible for compensation.
• Platform: All tracking, reporting, and commission calculations are managed through Ultimate Affiliate Pro, which provides real-time analytics and performance transparency. Any active affiliate will be given access to their tracking information through their Ultimate Affiliate Pro account.

3. Payout Terms

3.1 Payment Frequency
All commission payments shall be held for a period of sixty (60) calendar days following the close of each calendar month to allow for verification of net sales. Net sales exclude any refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or returned merchandise. After the sixty-day verification period, Solanesse LLC shall have an additional thirty (30) calendar days to initiate and complete the direct deposit via automated ACH transfer to the affiliate’s designated account.

3.2 Minimum Threshold
Affiliates must accrue a minimum of twenty dollars ($20.00 USD) in earned commissions within a given calendar month to qualify for payout. Unpaid balances below the threshold will roll forward to the next eligible payout cycle.

 3.3 Residual Earnings
Residual earnings will be calculated according to the terms of section 2.

4. Program Access and Participation

Solanesse welcomes participation from creators, influencers, stylists, and beauty enthusiasts. No cosmetic license is required. Solanesse reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate affiliate accounts at its sole discretion.

Affiliates will receive:

• Priority access to new products and promotional campaigns
• Creative assets including banners, product images, and UGC examples
• Physical product samples for content creation (subject to availability)
• One-on-one support from the affiliate success team (as requested)
• Educational resources and brand-aligned messaging guides

5. Affiliate Activity Requirement and Termination

5.1 Affiliate Activity:
Solanesse LLC reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that fails to generate at least one (1) verified product sale to a new customer within any rolling ninety (90) calendar day period. “New customer” is defined as an individual who has not previously completed a purchase through Solanesse LLC’s website or affiliate program. Termination under this clause may occur without prior notice and shall result in forfeiture of any unpaid commissions below the minimum payout threshold. Reactivation, if permitted, shall be subject to reapplication and approval at the sole discretion of Solanesse LLC.

6. Acceptance of Compensation Terms

By enrolling in the Solanesse LLC Affiliate Program, accessing the affiliate dashboard, or promoting Solanesse LLC products using affiliate links, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Affiliate Compensation Terms set forth herein. Acceptance of the Program’s Terms and Conditions shall constitute full and binding acceptance of all compensation-related provisions, including commission structure, payout timelines, attribution rules, and performance requirements.

7. Precedence of Terms

In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or ambiguity between the Affiliate Compensation Terms and the Solanesse LLC Independent Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions, the Solanesse LLC Independent Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions shall govern and control. All compensation-related provisions shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the overarching Terms and Conditions, which shall have final authority in determining affiliate rights, obligations, and enforcement.

8. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement, including the Affiliate Compensation Terms or the Solanesse LLC Independent Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions, is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed from the Agreement to the extent of its invalidity. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed to preserve the original intent of the Agreement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Binding Effect

By signing the Solanesse LLC Independent Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions, the affiliate acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by all provisions contained therein, including the Affiliate Compensation Terms. Execution of this agreement constitutes full acceptance of all program policies, payment structures, compliance requirements, and enforcement mechanisms outlined by Solanesse LLC.
