1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 full business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If any delay is expected, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Methods s Delivery Times

We offer Standard Shipping throughout the United States of America (excluding U.S. territories).

Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers:

  • USPS: For 1–2 products per
  • UPS: For larger or bulk

Note: Delivery times may be extended for customers in Alaska and Hawaii.

3. Shipping Rates

We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

There is no order minimum required to qualify for free shipping.

4. International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time. Solanesse only ships within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

We do not ship to U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO), or international locations.

5. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is fulfilled.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is damaged, lost, or delayed, please notify us at support@solanesse.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Damaged Products: We will send a replacement at no cost.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

If you are unhappy with your order, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for first- time purchases.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is submitted and the package is returned, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Solanesse only ships products that are eligible for domestic ground delivery. We currently:

  • Can ship to PO Boxesusing USPSusing
  • Do not ship any restricted items such as aerosols or perishables.
